12 Habits For Better Digestion
I was talking with a patient several weeks ago and discussed the effort it takes to maintain good health. We dialogued about how adding new habits takes initial effort to gain momentum, but once it becomes a habit, you never need to think abut it again. As we spoke, I gave 6 examples off the top of my head for improving digestion and realized that people should know about these simple options. Just implementing one will improve digestion. So here is an expanded list. These activities are particularly great for those who have issues with constipation, gas, bloating, reflux and difficulty losing weight.
