Good-bye Strep!
Sometimes after I help someone and their issue is gone, I never see them again. Fortunately, the mom of a patient from 8 years ago recently called me which reminded me of her daughter’s story. It was great to reconnect and laugh about what happened so many years ago.
We’ll call her daughter ‘F’. F was around 9 years old at the time. She had several cases of strep throat in one year and her mom was worried about giving F so many rounds of antibiotics. She realized that the medications helped temporarily, but after several weeks passed, her strep infections would return. At the time, the concerned mom was planning to travel with her daughter to another country for multiple weeks. Medical care outside the U.S. was adding to the uneasiness mom felt of their upcoming vacation, which was only a week away.
After my initial review of the daughter’s history and symptoms, it was time to use my biofeedback machine to see why she kept replaying her strep diagnosis. To clarify, biofeedback is the use of a device that helps a practitioner gain information about the patient. I use several types of biofeedback machines at my office, and for ‘F’ I used one that attaches straps to her ankles, wrists and forehead. The software program sends frequencies into the body, which a patient cannot feel. It is similar to how our cell phones send and receive signals without notice. Although those are harmful to humans, the frequencies used in biofeedback devices are harmonious to the human body and help us to heal. The computer receives feedback messages and interprets the information. I see what and where there are problems, deficiencies and toxins skulking. With this information I’m able to use those same signals to treat the patient.
As expected, my scan determined very high levels of strep in ‘F’. Fortunately, there were no other pathogens, toxic matter or deficiencies that I needed to address. My interpretation was that the antibiotics were either not working, or the strep bacteria developed a resistance to her former treatment. Either way, our next treatment would entail strengthening her immune system while clearing the strep out for good.
I told the mom that at her next visit, we would be using all of the strep frequencies in my software program to complete the job. When I do this, the bacteria will likely cause a strep-like reaction temporarily as it is processing out of the body. I remember distinctly that it was a Wednesday night when I treated ‘F’.
Within 2 days, ‘F’ had developed a sore throat as predicted. They went to the doctor and she indeed tested positive for strep. As a back up plan, her mom filled the prescription for antibiotics in case the body wasn’t able to fully clear the bacteria out while away. By Saturday Night ‘F’’s immune system had kicked into high gear and her temperature rose. Knowing that they were leaving for their trip on Monday morning, I had no choice but to show up at their house first thing on on Sunday to make my final effort before they left.
I showed up with all my equipment, relevant supplements and plans to clear the fever, support the immune system and end this final pathogen experience. The mom and I were in sync with only once goal in mind, get her daughter better in the next 24 hours. It felt a bit frenzied as we moved furniture to set up shop in her living room. ‘F’ was nervous and her mom and I were in “mom mode” and “doctor mode” to try to get this wrapped up .
On Monday morning I couldn’t stop thinking about them. The fever broke shortly after I left, but I knew if this didn’t work entirely, she would have to use that antibiotic because we ran out of time. Then when she returned we would have to go through the process again.
After they arrived home from their trip, they reported that once the fever broke her symptoms disappeared and the trip was wonderful. The antibiotics were never used. When I spoke with her mom recently, she told me that ‘F’ never did have another strep infection again. We chuckled about that Sunday morning and reminisced about all of the details we had to pull together at the last minute, but we succeeded and got the last laugh after conquering strep.
