Study May Predict How Long You Will Live
A friend of over 20 years just recently became a patient. While assessing his and his wife’s issues, I noticed they could use a practice that I do each morning, namely standing on one leg. Their balance was not up to par and I knew just the activity to restore it.
As I have mentioned in the past, we need to put effort into what it is we want to attain in life and health. Although this couple was not aware that they needed a balance exercise, I recognized the value for their overall health.
A few days later, the husband forwarded a study that he read online confirming my opinion.
